Quality, versatility, environmental awareness and reliability are the major features of our products.
Many years of experience in development, manufacture and marketing plus high quality control standards are the characteristics of the company.
FRIULAIR projects and manufactures compressed air dryers and accessories to highest quality control standards. |

FRIULAIR has increased it’s range of compressed air dryers with the introduction of the new ACT range (Aluminium Cooling Technologies). This high efficiently cooling module has a direct effect on reducing energy consumption and pressure drop.
The main advantages are: low pressure drop even with load variances and a constant pressure DewPoint with differing load conditions.
The components of the ACT range from refrigerant to materials of construction have been selected with maximum respect for the environment and their ability to be recycled. |

AMD dryers ( Aluminium Modular Dryer) are represent by a four leaf clover which symbolises good luck, wealth and of reaching a point of evolution. The planning and design of this dryer range were not carried out in the conventional way but all inalienable requirements were listed and then satisfied. The “four clover leaves” that form the AMD dryers are a combination of applying technical solutions to original designs supported by extensive laboratory testing and achieving the goal of innovative development.
PERFORMANCE
AMD dryers achieve excellent performance even in instances of high ambient and high inlet temperatures ensuring a reduced compressed air pressure drop.
ECONOMIC
AMD dryers are sized to match standard compressor outputs. E.g. a 15 kW (20 HP) air compressor with theoretical output of 2400 l/min at 7 bar matches the AMD 25 rated at 2500 l/min. It is therefore unnecessary to select a larger model: air compressor - dryer combination is tested and certified by FRIULAIR, within operating limits shown on technical features. |

Efficiency, ruggedness and aesthetics are the major characteristics of the PLS range.
The continual research into materials of construction and assembly methods have lead to a robust casing which is easily removed for maintenance. The rounded profiles of the cabinet, the galvanised sheet metal work and the two tone colour have greatly improved the appearance and ergonomics of this range. The stringent quality standards imposed by FRIULAIR apply to both the design and manufacture of these dryers.
Dryers are standard supplied with an electronic timed drain; upon request can be installed an electronic level drain (or "zero loss" drain). |

The dryers of the DF series basically consist of two separate circuits:
One compressed air circuit split into two heat exchangers, and one refrigerating circuit. Incoming warm, humid compressed air passes over the air-air exchanger and then continues into the condenser, where on contact with the refrigerating circuit it is cooled to the pre-set dew point so that the humidity it contains condenses out. The condensate is separated and removed in the separator.
There are basically two advantages to this system: firstly, air entering the system goes through a pre-cooling stage so the refrigeration plant can be scaled down to provide a smaller temperature gradient, with energy savings of 40-50%, and secondly cold air is not injected into the compressed air line, thus preventing condensation on the outside of the line's pipes. |

The TDF range of high capacity compressed air dryers from FRIULAIR cover flow rates from 80.000 Nl/min to 200.000 Nl/min.
The main characteristics are:
1. Compact;
2. Clear layout of internal components for ease of maintenance;
3. Robust powder coated galvanized casings with easy access.
Option of either a water-cooled or an air-cooled condenser.
The DMC20 control panel is designed to access and calibrate the operating conditions of the dryer. |

Compressed air is a valuable source of power, but it benefits from being clean and free from impurities. For this reason, FRIULAIR has optimized the FT range for compressed air. The filter body in aluminum is anodized outside and inside to prevent corrosion.
Filter elements (cartridge) are easy to interchangeable and supplies in four different grade of filtration. The range covers flow rate from 850 Nl/min. up to 42.000 Nl/min. Maximum operating pressure 16 bar. |

Filters for compressed air, spin-on type. Interchangeable filter body, airflow rate up to 9.800 Nl/min. Maximum operating pressure 16 bar.
Four levels of filtration.
Friulair has designed disposable filter cartridges with the filter grade and the flow rate clearly mounted on the casing; maintenance is easy and reliability high. |

FRIULAIR presents flanged FW filters, in carbon steel, for high compressed air flow rates.
Filter body is pre-treated inside and outside with electrophoretic coating to increase corrosion resistance. - Lower flange is provided with a hinge and handle mechanism to allow a single operator to open the vessel for replacement.
Four levels of filtration. |
